In 2018 the Curiosity and Ilam Homestead teams joined forces and created Gindulgence, New Zealand's boutique gin experience. With its beginnings in Christchurch, the aim was to support the burgeoning gin industry and growing number of distillers in New Zealand.

This year 2025/26, Gindulgence is bigger and better than ever, with a vibrant line-up of talented distillers showcasing not only exceptional gin, but also a tantalising range of other craft spirits including rum, whisky, vodka, and liqueurs.

All vendors have signature specialty drinks featuring the spirits available by the glass.

Bottles are available for purchase so you can take home a bottle or two of your favourites at the end ofthe day.
